Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after collecting or receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please bring the item to be returned in store or arrange your own return via post. Returns via post will be at the buyer's expense. 

Change of mind exchanges can be arranged. The buyer will need to arrange their own return postage of the item in its original condition and pay for the shipping of the exchanged item. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and confirm the item is correct and not defective or damaged.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
